I am currently producing a newsletter that will include fitness, diet and health tips. If you're in shape, out of shape, looking to lose weight, maintain that scale, or just looking to eat and live more healthy, then this is the newsletter that will help you!

I think it would be cool if you made like a menu each week of what to eat.But that is up to you because it may take a while to come up with a menu to eat each week.But I think the idea of a newletter is great.

fourtnightly, means you have a little less work to do...admining can be hard believe me I know!
